Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

HIIT Training / Personal Training

Would you like some fresh air whilst learning Pilates? Or do you prefer a High Intensity Interval Training? I can meet you in a suitable outdoor space. Perfect on a warm day from Spring to Autumn.

We use METAFIT to deliver High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It consists of a series of body-weight exercises with interval style designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.

Home Visits

Might you not have time for classes or gym visits, Rosanna Core Fitness can teach you at home. Pilates lessons at home are convenient as I fit in around you and save you time and money.

Pilates mat work is a series of exercises that are done on the floor without Pilates machines. The attention to the flow of movement and to the core muscles is the same as when you do Pilates on the machines, and mat work is a challenging workout in its own right. Qualified Pilates instructors may be lacking in your area, so I come to you! Check with your doctor before joining any exercise if you have medical or orthopedic conditions that affect your movement.

Rosanna Core Fitness can come and teach you at work. Providing either 1-2-1 lessons or corporate groups. This is great fun, convenient and is a perfect fit for any Wellness at work scheme.

Equipment

Due to Covid -19 regulations and for the safety of all our clients and instructor, sharing or borrowing of equipments is no longer allowed. If you need any of the following, get in touch with Rosanna !

Please bring:

  • Mat

  • Towel

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga Block

  • Stretch Band

  • Mini Stability Ball (if you own one)

For beginners, training at home or at work is the perfect way of being introduced to Pilates. It is a way of improving your spinal health and increasing your flexibility. This without the pressure of worrying about being judged by more experienced Pilates class attendees. You can feel confident and safe that you are only ever getting an experienced Pilates instructor who is here to support you.

Many of my clients know that after only a few Pilates sessions you will begin to both see and feel the advantages of regular sessions with your own personal Pilates Instructor.
